THE CROWN OF LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE with the Theme:-“RAISING ROLE MODELS AMONGST WOMEN LEADERS TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE THE GIRL CHILD OF AFRICA” is an ambitious initiative powered by a committee of Non-Governmental Foundations aimed at promoting the drive for the emancipation and empowerment of the girl child and women in Africa. It is a continuous journey designed to keep the girl child and women on a successful journey path.
The conference will bring together women of Africa from all walks of life and empower them with knowledge, give them a stage to start a life with hope, create the enabling structure and platform for them to start strong. Protect them and supervise their endeavours to make sure that they win big and this will help in setting a good stage for the African women and by extension create economic empowerment and a healthy, successful Africa.
The project will feature the topmost distinguished women in Africa who will be on stage to deliver life changing messages and sound inspirational motivational teachings that will transform the lives of millions who will be opportune to connect to the event while others via the live television and radio coverage including the social media spectrum, live streaming will connect to this epoch-making event.
The event is geared towards motivating and encouraging the girl child and the women in Africa to get themselves together, get skills, get good education and stand strong while fighting for the preservation of our moral values and showcasing of the rich cultural heritage of Africa wherever they find themselves.
The event will also focus on rewarding excellence and empowering talents amongst the African girl child and women in three categories of SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ARTS/CREATIVITY. Having streamlined the categories of Scholarships, Vocational Empowerment, knowledge impact from the keynote speakers and other talks from special guests, Financial Gifts, Outright Employment, Award and Recognition of Achievements from the 52 African Countries who have been notified for this event through their Embassies and the African Union office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
A selection of Three Girl Child and women will be coming to Abuja, Nigeria from each of the African Union Member Countries and will be rewarded for excellence in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ARTS/CREATIVITY while the host country, Nigeria will be rewarded for excellence in the same category and more. It is going to be one of the largest gathering of the AFRICAN GIRL CHILD AND WOMEN with extra-ordinary qualities that will be rewarded at this one of its kind event.

Dr. Amina I. Mohammed GCON, Deputy Secretary General of the UNITED NATION. Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, Economic Policy Expert, an advocate for good governance and human capital development. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Nigerian Novelist, short story writer and activist. Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani, A Nigerian Politician and an Outstanding Entrepreneur. Dr. Mrs. Aisha Achimugu OFR, Nigerian Oil Magnate, Astute Businesswoman & industrialist, Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, Nigerian Business Woman. The experience will be a lifeline experience. It will exhume the need for collaboration and discovery in Africa. Young women will be discovered and empowered to start up a new beginning in their areas of life endeavours with huge support both knowledge acquisition, moral back up and financial support.
The whole world will see the future of young African women unveiled on stage through this project, while the Business men and women. Captains of industries, Organisations, investors and others will have new talents to promote their brands as we intend to bring together aspiring young women of Africa from different backgrounds of life.
The event will bring the largest gathering of young women in Africa emanating from Universities and Colleges, vocational centers and Artisans in NIGERIA, WEST AFRICA, EAST AFRICA, SOUTH AFRICA, CENTRAL AFRICA AND NORTH AFRICA. At lease, two thousand (2000) delegates will attend the two days event at the prestigious Congress Hall, Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, Nigeria on the 20th and 21th of September, 2026 by 9:00am Daily.
A budget of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) USD is estimated for this project to cater for the logistics and execution of the project.
